For Artists

McLean Art Projects provides artists the vital career support they need for a successful career in the arts through one-on-one professional development consultations and group workshops.

For over 20 years, MAP’s Founder McLean Emenegger has been advocating for and directly assisting visual artists to make significant strides in their professional development and Business of Art acumen. She has presented hundreds of lectures and workshops on the subject, and has worked with thousands of artists, providing them with education, opportunity, and support.

As the former Executive Director of a visual artist nonprofit organization, Director of a contemporary art gallery, Art Writer and Art Consultant, McLean openly shares her multifaceted experience and insight to help artists prosper. She educates them on becoming a smarter artist so they stay ahead of the pack and top-of-mind with industry professionals, collectors, and their audience. She also helps them become their own best problem-solver and advocate.
